My Story
I’m a UX design leader with 9 years of experience creating customer journeys and associate tools—from scrappy startups to Fortune 1 scale. I’ve solved problems across online retail, SaaS, service design, consumer products, and payment experiences.
I turn complexity into clarity and ideas into impact. My approach blends heart and logic, always aiming for that sweet spot where user needs, business goals, and technical possibilities come together.
Outside of design, you’ll find me cooking Korean fusion dishes, crafting healthy meals for my dog, mixing cocktails, or exploring music production. At home, I love training my German Shepherd, Marty, who keeps life fun and full of energy.
